Spacious and close to the pyramids

Breakfast wasn’t very nice, dated rooms. No lights on my floor to my room

I only liked the location ,

the room was so so disappointing very dirty chairs and towels even though it was washed , wood around doors were falling apart, All in all was very disgusted

Room is good, pool is nice and cleanliness was good

Food is not good enough and you have only one bottle of water per room on the first day of arrival, regardless of the length of stay

The reception and the bellboys are kind. Breakfast is good.

The hotel is so old that making the room seemed unclean. I called a shuttle van from the hotel and was charged double the market price. Surrounding area is noisy and chaotic. They never reply you on booking in a timely manner.

Very good value for money, comfy beds, clean enough. Water in room on arrival. Breakfast staff friendly. Omlette station was okay. Door staff were lovely.

The rooms were very dated (burn marks on carpets and a bit scruffy), the pool was too dirty to swim, the breakfast was not good.

The staff were very friendly, welcoming and super helpful. Location is good for tourists.

The rooms could be more maintained and cleaned properly. The beds could use some new linen and the rooms could use an upgrade and some paint. Pool needs to be cleaned as it had a layer of something on top of it.

It’s an old building. It needs to be remodeled.

The Recieptionist was not good,she is bad at communication with guests I have been stolen extra $15 they said because of children however I have Booked including my children with 808 LE I have paid 1070.28 with extra amount 262 LE

Staff friendly and helpful on-site tour guide, Hassan. Breakfast buffet was OK and staff helpful, but you pay extra for water.

Any journey was a minimum of US$10 as location is far out of town and it is near the busy motorway ring road and you would not walk the neighbourhood as not safe. Wifi is ONLY available in the lobby. The pool was closed for 2 of the 3 days for maintenance.

From the minute I arrived I wanted to cancel my reservation and go to another hotel. There is no internet in the rooms and the only available internet is in the manager's office. The staff tried to accommodate me, but there is nothing I can compliment this hotel for as a western tourist. The booking.com details and pictures are misleading. If you are not an Egyptian or with a travel group with plans already do not stay here. Save your money elsewhere and stay at a better hotel.

There is no internet available in this hotel. The restaurant has very limited hours for breakfast and dinner with very limited selection of Middle Eastern fare- mainly starches, breads greasy meats and little salads or vegetables, You will be charged for water at your meals. The hotel is dirty- the pool always filthy, but for a first timer to Egypt tourist they have no tourist desk or help and no matter what you want to do, they will not get you a taxi and convince you to use their driver- note "driver" as in singular. If he is not there which is always, they have to call him and then tell yo to wait for an hour or more. This hotel with its lack or tourist information and transportation ruined my week. I wound up going online to find my own transportation to everything and bought food at the grocery store to keep in my room. The location is on a very heavily traveled road under a major thoroughfare, so day and night yo deal with dust and non-stop road noise. The view from your windows will be of the slums. An awful experience.

The reciption! They tried to convince me my reservation is not valid to get a high price for a new booking! Then they gave up and approved my reservation! I tried to call the reception to bring me the food menue becaus there wasn't a menue in my room! 30 mins of calling them no body answered me! I had to walk for them because I had to take my medicine and I needed some food before taking the pills! Food was not good at all.

Live music show at night and close to the main street which have restaurants and minibuses to Giza metro.

Hotel's place is not good and u afraid when you go out.

The AC was not working in my partner's room. And the elevator was out of order for 2 days, till I had to check out. It's very tough for me to bring my luggage from 4F to ground floor.

The price on booking.com was double the price the hotel offers for the same room,it was a very terrible neighborhood, so far away from the location I wanted, even though on booking.com it said the hotel was 9 kilos away and it turned out to be 45 kilos away from the areas wanted !!!!!

For the range in which this hotel is classified the rooms was very clean and spacious.

The general upkeep of the hotel was poor for example the plaster hadn't been swept up after a repair. The buildings in general weren't kept in a good condition, as were some elements of the bedroom

Not much. The chef making the omelettes was friendly, and the bellboys were extra helpful, so a big thanks to those 3 people.

Everything, pretty much. The pictures were deceiving. This hotel was decorated once, when it opened i assume back in the 60s or 70s, and that was it. The guy that checked us in and out has zero personality, couldn't even say please or thanks (in English or Arabic), has no sense of customer service at all. Happy to let guests stand around waiting with no updates. Absolutely useless. The room, while a nice big size, was very old and in bad repair. Most lights didn't work or flickered all night, stains on the sofa, dead mosquitoes (with blood) flattened and left on the wall like some kind of insect memorial. Bed was nice and big, baby cot so old and battered it looked as if it were the very same that baby Jesus slept in but did the job. The main draw of this hotel from the images, the pool, is disgusting, with scum floating on top despite seeing pool cleaners, we couldn't face going in. Charged 10 LE for a teapot of hot water so we could make food for a baby. Wi-Fi non existent unless you're stood in the lobby. A rip off, could have paid the same amount for a vastly superior service at Merriden Pyramids. I wish i'd taken pictures to add to this review but I didn't realize i could. Honestly, avoid this hotel, you can find better or the same for less money.

Great pool! And lots of restaurants to chose from within the hotel.

Overall cleanliness could use some improvement and the wifi was essentially non-existent during my stay.
